It took weeks for me to get a payment for them. Why they can't move to paypal or speed up the process is beyond me. Being a small company isn't a good excuse. I'm a small company and I use paypal to pay my people monthly like clock work. So I don't understand why they can't make that move. Other than that, they are a great company. I have been with Survey Savvy for years and have cashed out many times, but until recently, last few months, they have extended thier pay period, and the last payout I requested it has been over 14 weeks and still no check. They give the excuse they are a small company, all the more reason to be on top of thier game and pay for the services people are providing. I emailed them to give them a heads up at the 11 week point and I recieved a can email that they have twelve weeks to pay, that was the whole point of letting them know because 11 weeks have already passed, and like said above now it has been 14 weeks. I know for a fact they aren't a scam either as I've been paid by them many times. That being said I haven't taken any new surveys from them in a while. There does seem to be a lot more complaints from people about various legitimate survey companies who have long screener questions. Honestly I think it's shady that they don't compensate people for these questions because companies like MySurvey do. So either they should compensate people for it or flash a warning before one takes a survey that you may be taking a long screening questionnaire that you may not be paid for. This way people can have the option of just skipping on the survey all together. I think it would resolve a lot of the complaints we're seeing in the industry. Just a thought. Hi Stephanie,
