Yes I think any type of transcription job is a viable option. I just know from my research that medical transcription tends to be available in larger numbers. Furthermore I’m not claiming that the profession of data entry is a scam. However when it comes to the work at home industry most of those so called data entry jobs people are signing up for are just people misrepresenting affiliate marketing as data entry. That’s just a fact. But it’s not to say there aren’t any legitimate data entry jobs out there but the fact is there aren’t many and the competition is ridiculous.

My negativity is more at people limiting themselves to a field where there isn’t much availability. I’ve seen too many become desperate and lose money or become scammed because of it. I am happy that you found some legitimate companies to work with. You’ve been very blessed but your success in this particular field isn’t a common occurence. But it may serve as inspiration to others which I can appreciate and encourage. In terms of the companies you work for, please feel free to list them. Don’t get me wrong I think this site is great. I’ve just read a lot of negativity against data entry. (I do believe in “to each their own”) but I’ve been doing it for so long I can’t believe there are people who haven’t. I’ve owned my own site and business. ANd only broke even, there’s too much competition. But that’s just me. I like knowing I’ll get a paycheck when I work period. THe only down side I see is insurance and I don’t get paid sick time…LOL. But I can say I have a job, not many can these days, it’s not making me rich but I can pay the bills.

Just like you, gotten paid by Mylot. I will admit that I haven’t been active on there for quite some time since I have been trying so hard to find other ways to make money online.
I once reach the $10 payout and should get back into doing it again.
I know that there are some people that gets frustrated on not being able to reach the payout rate.

Here is a tip folks. It has to be long and on the topic. It cannot be very short ones. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to make close to 50 cents for each one. The more you reply back and start the convos, the more money you will get. I know you won’t get rich off of this but it sure beats not having moola.

Congratulations on never falling for a work at home scammed. You’re one of the few people in this industry that can say that. It’s like finding a 40 year old Virgin. lol But it’s great that you learned from others mistakes. Obviously it saved you a lot of heartache and money.

I understand your point of views about surveys. It’s not for everyone and no you’re not going to make a living off of it. But most people aren’t making any money searching for work at home jobs and they do this for hours every day. At least with opportunities like surveys and some other non traditional work at home stuff, you can make some money. Together it can add up. So I think for folks that are making nada, they’ll appreciate something. But to each their own.

I am looking for a way to make money from home (I know i’m not the first nor will I be the last) luckily for me my husband has a good job and can provide just fine for us which leaves me at home to find exactly the right thing for me.

So I think Wealthy Affiliates is it!! I know its not a get rich quick kinda thing but…like i said ‘I got time’ lol. I will be a member by tomorrow.

…As far as surveys go.. there are a few legit but it’s not right for me. Sure I love to give my opinion even when it’s not asked for but..it just seems like alot for almost nothing in return.

I need something that even if it takes hard work in the end it will be worth it. I am not looking to make a fortune overnight (even though it would be great if you could ha ha ha) but at some point I hope I can get to making a decent living from home.
