Will,

Thanks for contacting me. Was this email unsolicited? I automatically delete job offer emails especially if the job offer doesn't reflect any skills I have posted on my resume. So that's one strike. Most of the scam artist use legitimate job sites like yahoo to search for resumes so they can spam people with their fake job offers.

That being said, I did my usually research by following the steps in my scam video: www.workathomenoscams.com/scams and I really couldn't find anything about this company. There is usually feedback one way or another. So the fact there isn't heightens my suspicions. But ultimately I don't have any conclusive proof it is a scam or that it is legitimate. As such I would avoid it. Desperation will often lead us to a path that may cause us more harm. So as much as I know you could use the money, I just wouldn't want to chance it if I were in your situation. You might want to head to your local post office and ask them what they think of this company and the job they're asking you to do. They may be able to refer you to their postal investigator offices where you can get more information.

I hope this helps either way. Just keep in mind we list new jobs every Friday here:
www.workathomenoscams.com/category/work-from-home-job-leads/ and every day on my other site www.workathomecareers.com

We also provide you with legitimate make money opportunities that you can start right away here:
www.workathomenoscams.com/recommendations
www.workathomenoscams.com/companies

So you do have legitimate options my friend. Hope this helps either way.

Hey Jake,

Thanks for sharing. The best way to mess with them is to spread their business so people can learn about their scam. So if you want to post the job description here so others can be warned about it, that would be a good start.

I came across a vauge posting on craigslist to be a part time package handler. In the description it just said you would be lifting and moving boxes, so I assumed it was just a warehouse position and sent a letter asking for more details. The response was crafted very well but had some very noticable red flags. The Scammer claimed he was an architect working in bahrain (after reading this I knew it wasn't legit) looking for someone to do this scam. They threw in a little line about not "paying any money out of pocket" and that it possibly leading to a long term position to sweeten the deal. I only flagged the post but i wish there was a way to mess with the scammers.

Danny,

You may want to contact the post office where you've already mailed some of these packages. They have people that deal with fraud and can help you with this. Most of the mail services are aware of these type of scams.

Hi, I stumbled upon a site called Forwarding Helper Inc. on craigslist. At first it didn't seem like an all out scam since they were only going to pay me $12 per package I sent out, but all the packages were going out to Russia. Then I stumbled upon this site and it is almost exactly what was described. I've already sent out a couple packages and I've notified them I am not cooperating with them anymore and would like to know who exactly do I contact in case I get anymore of these packages?

Hi Mike,

There isn't much to know. A lot of times these scam artist will even use the name and address of a real legitimate company. But the fact of the matter is that the job description is exactly like the scam we warned about in the article. My suggestion is to delete this email and avoid such nonsense.
We have real companies listed on our companies page:
www.workathomenoscams.com/companies and list new jobs on this site every Friday:
hwww.workathomenoscams.com/category/work-from-home-job-leads/

I hope this helps.

Take care.
