New Work At Home Leads For 09.11.09

Today on the anniversary of one of the worst events in our American history, I would just like to send my love to all the families and people that endured this horrible experience here in NY.  I happen to be working in Manhattan during the time and I still remember the day like it was yesterday. I scrambled the city trying to find my wife and when I did it was the happiest day of my life.  So no matter what you may be going through today, always be thankful that you had a day of life to moan and complain about.

In any event I’ve found some new work at home jobs. But before we get to them, let’s get some housekeeping items out the way to prevent any confusion, hateful comments, threats, demands, etc… You know who you are.

Is TwitterProfitHouse.com A Scam?

So unless you've been living under a rock, you've probably heard about Twitter. I know to most people tweeting seems like a big waste of time. I can't front, it can be. But some of my loyal subscribers might remember my article Get Paid To Tweet a few weeks ago. In that article I demonstrated how to turn a time waster into a money maker all for free. So it might be something you want to check out.

In any event, this brings me to today's review. Marketers have a great gift of riding the popularity of a given trend, product, topic, etc. Well twitter is no different. Twitterprofithouse.com claims that you can learn how to use Twitter and make $250 to $876 per day working at home.  Well if that's the case I'm in the wrong profession. Twitterprofithouse.com goes on to say that they will reveal “secrets” from industry experts on how to use and make money with Twitter. All you have to do is pay a small fee of $1.99. The "fee" will give you instant online access to the Twitter Profit House Resource Center for a 7 day trial. Hmmm, doesn't this all sound familiar? It should, because this is basically like the Google Money Tree Scam, I've warned you about in the past. The names may have changed but the whole scheme is the same. This is where common sense goes a long way folks. If you've studied my scam page from top to bottom, it doesn't matter what a company may call itself because you should be able to see similar patterns. So just keep this in mind as you read about any company or scam you may learn about on this site.

So What's The Real Deal With Twitter Profit House?

First of all when dealing with an online company the last thing I want to hear is that they have a secret. Calling something a secret is just a marketing gimmick and if you need to use tricks to sell your product that tells me a lot about what you're offering.  So what the heck is Twitterprofithouse.com offering you. Hidden fess! Just like with many of those Google Money / Work At home opportunities the 7 day trial fee is just the start.  In this example, you're automatically charged a monthly fee of $99.99 on the 7th day. We already know from experience with these scams, the product you're paying for sucks, is late or never arrives so you never really have the full 7 days to evaluate it. Basically the scam artist has just made a quick $100 off you.

Oh, If that’s not bad enough, you’re also automatically signed up for SearchEngineProCourse.com and that’s an additional $9.99 a month. So let's review the math. You're paying $1.99 which magically ends up being $109.98 per month when all is said and done. I don't know about you but the math doesn't seem to add up in your favor.  The problem with many of these work at home scams with low dollar entry points is there is usually a catch buried in the terms of conditions. It is your responsibility to read that stuff. But at the same time, it's extremely shady for a company to bury this information.  Trial periods are great when done properly. I think companies like Netflix and Blockbuster do a great job of trial offers. Because with companies like that you're constantly reminded via email and on their site you trial period will end before hand. So please keep this in mind. I don't want you to think that any company using trial periods is a scam. But what you want to look for is transparency. Companies that stand by their product, service, etc will make it very clear how the trial offer will work, when it will expire and give you enough time to really evaluate what they have. At the end of the day, it's always important to do your research and read the fine print.  Our scam video makes this extremely easy, so just follow the easy steps listed there and you should be able to determine if any company is a scam. You don't need to wait on us to figure it out. ;)

By the way the alleged CD you may or may not receive from TwitterProfitHouse is ultimately about Affiliate Marketing where you would be taught to tweet about products, companies or websites you're an affiliate of. This sickens me because it's another example of a company misrepresenting a legitimate way to make money. I don't doubt you can make a large amount of money tweeting with affiliate marketing added into the mix. But in this situation you would need a large number of followers or at least a decent number that trusts your recommendations and opinions. This doesn't happen over night or just by buying someone's product especially not from people misrepresenting what they'll be teaching you if at all. There is no magic bullet when it comes to making large amounts of money at home. Anything that will do that will require, patience, effort, hard work, persistence and training.

Conclusion

At the end of the day Twitterprofithouse.com is just like Google Money Tree Scam, or any of those opportunities riding off the brand name of a companies that are trusted and established. But make no mistake Google nor Twitter are endorsing any of these products. In fact Google has cracked down on this type of nonsense, click here to read about it. Looks like Twitter.com wasn't having none of that either because TwitterProfitHouse.com has been shut down. But I'm sure there are still many of these twitter scam money making sites out there so keep this article in mind if you run into one.

Ultimately it's dang shame that these scam artists try to trick you into affiliate marketing because it's a business that can be worth your time in the long run. Is it easy? Heck no! If it was, wouldn't we all be doing it and making tons of money for ourselves instead of working for the man? But it's not for everyone because It really does take a certain mindset and dedication to succeed with this opportunity. I quickly realized that and why I wrote my Top 10 Reasons To Avoid Affiliate Marketing article to help folks figure out if it is something you should pursue. If you think you fit the affiliate marketer profile and want to learn from people who aren’t hiding what they have to offer you, then you may want to explore Wealthy Affiliate.

Well I hope this article proves helpful to you. Again many work at home scams tend to repeat themselves. Even if the name changes, if it smells like the same crap, looks like the same crap and sounds like the same crap, it's still bull. It's just a matter of using some common sense and avoid letting desperation cloud your judgment. Scam artists know times are tough and people are looking for a quick buck or solution. You need to avoid this temptation because I guarantee it will usually lead to you losing your money or worst. So if you do anything today, put aside a few hours. Head to the work at home scams page, watch the video, read ALL the articles and read ALL the comments on that page. It's like a crash course on work from home scams and you should be able to determine if any company you're considering is a scam. The time you spend there will pay off over and over again as you try to secure your ideal work at home job or opportunity.

As always I like to leave you with solutions. So visit our companies page for traditional work at home jobs by clicking here. If you want my recommendations for legitimate work at home opportunities, then click here

Hey Guys, sorry you haven’t heard from me much of late. I was out of commission for a few days & now the women of my house are all sick. So I have to hold down the fort as best as I can. Thank goodness for my retired parents who have kept my princess entertained. I have a better appreciation for my super woman wife, all mothers and especially single parents. God bless you all. In any event I just wanted to give you a heads up so you don’t think I’m ignoring you or I’m slacking off.

New Work At Home Leads For 08.28.09

Shout out to all the parents that shared their encouragement & feedback last week about my princess’s new found "tude". I’ve been trying some different techniques with her and have been making some progress. But ultimately I know it’s a stage that will pass and I will have to be the bad guy. I’ve seen too many kids that needed parents to be firm with them, grow up to be messed up adults. You know the type "Bebe’s kids & them". lol I don’t want to contribute to the problem. So I will continue my battle with my princess early on to make her a productive & humble human being. So thanks again.

Okay back to business, I’ve found some new work at home jobs. But before we get to them, let’s get some housekeeping items out the way to prevent any confusion, hateful comments, threats, demands, etc… You know who you are.

DocCash – Get Paid To Upload Documents

Getting paid to upload documents may sound familiar if you’re a long time subscriber of this blog.  It should be, because we did cover a similar company called: Oboulo.com a while ago. So if you’ve read that, then this opportunity is pretty much the same deal.

 What is DocCash?

In nutshell, DocCash pays you for uploading various documents. Ain’t really much more to say. lol

How You Make Money With DocCash?

Millions of people visit Docstoc.com (the parent company of doc cash) every month to find the documents they need because they advertise their site via SEO, internet marketing etc. When people come to their site looking for documents, they display documents by folks like you that are relevant to their search. (This should be familiar since Google does this with websites.) When someone views your documents, related ads are automatically displayed via Google’s Adsense program which DocCash is an affiliate of. If people click on these ads, DocCash gets paid a certain amount of money. This can vary greatly depending on the content of the documents. Later they split 50% of what they earn from these ads with you.

Getting Paid:

Google pays you each month via check or direct deposit assuming you reach the minimum amount which I believe is $100 now.

A Picture is Worth A Thousand Words:

Just in case I’m doing an awful job of explaining this opportunity to you, please watch the following video below.

How Do I Get Started?

Visit DocStoc.com and click on the  “Sign Up For DocCash”. If you already have an Google AdSense account, you can associate your current account with your Docstoc profile. If you don’t yet have an Google AdSense account, you can sign up by simply submitting your email. New accounts typically get approved by Google within 2-3 days.

Is DocCash A Scam?

Not from what I can tell. Their business model is sound and pretty much how most websites make their money. You produce content of value and monetize it with advertisers like Google. I do it all the time with my sites. Furthermore, there is absolutely no cost to joining DocCash. It’s free to set up an Google AdSense account with Google, and it’s free to enroll in DocCash.

Questions?

If you have more questions about DocCash click here to visit the FAQ page.

The Negatives of DocCash

Any smart affiliate marketer will argue, cut the middle man out by creating your own site with a free site like blogger.com (Owned by Google). Write or upload content on that blog. Work with Google directly by joining Adsense (Which is free) and skip sharing 50% of the profit with DocCash. I agree and that’s why you won’t catch me writing content on other sites or uploading documents on these sites. But the difference is I’m a trained affiliate. I know how to get my own traffic to my content. How do you think you got here? lol

But for people who aren’t trained affiliate marketers this may be a better option because DocCash reaches millions of people. The hope is that they’ll be able to find your documents. But that’s assuming you’re writing good content with descriptive title and tags. And even then that doesn’t guarantee your documents will be viewed a lot. So you’re still pretty much left to promote your documents which they make easy with a number of free tools.

But ultimately you’re giving up 50% of your money and you probably still need to be actively promoting your content so people can view it and click on the ads listed there. For that amount of work, it would just seem to make more sense to go it alone and learn some affiliate marketing techniques and keep all the profits to yourself.

My Final Word?

It’s definitely worth a shot if you can come up with the type of documents they’re asking for. You might have some lying around from your old job or can produce them. Some of you are excel experts that can come up with some templates that may be very useful to others. But ultimately to succeed with you should be willing to promote some of your documents so others know they’re out there. So it’s definitely worth exploring. As you already know I’m a big proponent of multiple streams of smaller income. At the end of the day, for the right person this opportunity may prove financially beneficially as you try to land that elusive work at home job or if you’re training to be an affiliate.

Hope this helps either way.  As always you’re feedback is appreciated regarding this opportunity so feel free to chime in below.

New Work At Home Leads For 08.22.09

Hey guys, hope you had a great week. It’s been hot as hell here in NY. But I’m not complaining considering the rainy season we’ve been having here instead of a summer and spring.  Quick question for you folks, is it possible for a 1 year old to be giving attitude at such a young age? My little princess has been testing the boundaries of late & I find myself having to "check" her more than usual. I wasn’t really expecting this for another 10-12 years. Any other parents with young kids going through this?

Well enough of the chit chat, now on to the good stuff. I’ve found some new work at home jobs. But before we get to them, let’s get some housekeeping items out the way to prevent any confusion, hateful comments, threats, demands, etc… You know who you are.
