Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of prior loan processing experience is recommended. We also recommend that if you do NOT have any prior mortgage processing experience, you take several mortgage loan processing training classes beforehand. Most importantly, a typical mortgage broker looks for a contract processor with a positive, friendly attitude. If you're professional, detail-oriented and possess an agressive, go-getter attitude, you'll increase your chances of landing the better clients!
