Are There Any Legendary Marketer Affiliate Sign Up Fees?

When you look at the prices of some of those products, it makes sense that you may consider the commissions on promoting them yourself. According to their Affiliate Referral Plan there are two types of affiliate options:

  1. The Basic allows you to create a free affiliate account. You earn between 10-30% commission on product sales on your referrals.
  2. The Pro cost $30 per month and you get a higher commission which is 40-60% commission on product sales on your referrals.

After signing up for the Pro or Basic Affiliate account, there is a lot of upsells which can reach as high as $20,000. And that's not including the $30 monthly fee or any special events that Legendary Marketer presents.

If you add in the live events or Live Mastermind Curriculum, the price goes up even more:

  • Legendary Marketer Mastermind – $8,000
  • Legendary Entrepreneur Mastermind – $12,000

There are a lot of upsells, this can set you back several thousand dollars if you choose to buy them. If you want a business opportunity that doesn't have all these expensive upsells, then you may want to check out My Best Work At Home Recommendation

What I Like About Legendary Marketer

High Commission Rates

The high commission rates coupled with high-ticket products have the potential for higher earnings.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you simply want to see what Legendary Marketer is all about, you can try it risk-free. This only applies to subscription-based products like the Legendary Marketers Club. But you can see if the training and resources are right for you before you buy more products.

Legendary Marketer Complaints

No money-making opportunity is perfect. And this one is no different. Here are a few important complaints you may want to consider before signing up. So let's dive into them and you can decide if these are deal breakers or not:

Why So Many Upsells?

After you choose the Pro or Basic account, you will be faced with several upsells, like their masterclass courses or coaching classes.

If you're looking for a business opportunity that doesn't push a bunch of expensive upsells in your face, you can try companies like the Authority Hacker Site System and Wealthy Affiliate. These sites might be worth considering.

Beware: Hidden Cost of Paid Traffic

The training you receive from the program focuses on paid traffic. So there is an extra expense that you may be unprepared for. And it could add hundreds and thousands of extra dollars in monthly expenses. Fortunately, My Best Work At Home Recommendation focuses on how to get Free traffic.

Doesn't Teach You to Work for Yourself

Most of the training and resources are focused on you promoting Legendary Marketer products. It almost feels pyramid marketing like. There are other ways of earning money online that allow you to promote products from companies like Amazon and more.

Low Income Potential

You may have seen the income potential from other affiliates. And the potential to earn thousands a day can be appealing. But this is not normal.

Even the Income Disclaimer released by Legendary Marketer says that the projected annual income is only $500 – $2000 at the time of this review. For most people, this isn't enough to cover your living expenses.

If you're searching for a free option to learn how to start an internet marketing business and that aren't going to shove all these expensive up-sells in your face, you may want to try the Authority Hacker Site System or Wealthy Affiliate

Is Legendary Marketer a Scam?

Legendary Marketer may not be a scam per se. But it's probably something I would personally avoid if you don't have the money to invest in paid advertising. The program and upsells may also be considered too expensive for some. There seems to be too much focus in their training on promoting the Legendary Marketer's product line. Although the training do provide can be used other ways.

But your income feels too dependent on pushing Legendary Marketer higher priced products than actually applying what they teach in other businesses.

Furthermore, while the program does offer valuable training, you can find similar training online for less other places. It seems like the main draw to join this program is the potential commission. However, if you just want to learn about marketing, there are other avenues you can take such as My Best Work At Home Recommendation which is an online opportunity that won't cost you an arm and a leg. They actually have a free option for you to get started with your online business. So that might also be an option worth considering.

Well, that's my opinion about Legendary Marketer. I would like to hear your thoughts or comments. Feel free to leave a comment below.

Until next time,

  1. I first heard of Legendary Marketer about a month ago through a famous YouTuber’s review, and I instantly thought it was a scam.

This training takes you through the fundamental of affiliate marketing, such as:

    What is affiliate marketing
    How affiliate marketing exactly works
How to choose products to sell
Actionable step by step on getting started
How to start earning your first sales
Once again, while you can use these lessons to other affiliate opportunities, much of the training teach you how to promote Legendary Marketer products, and if you remember, you’ll need to pay a monthly fee $29.95 to get the best commissions. Also they have a free basic affiliate plan that would not provide such a good percentage of commission.

You can start to see how their training lead you in a way that makes it difficult to resist the next upsell, but whether you agree with this type of marketing is up to you.

The Affiliate Marketing Business Blueprint is $2,500 as a one-time payment. They have hundreds of successful students, learn traffic, funnels, and everything else you need.

Conclusion: Not a scam, but not a great investment.

  2. LM will eventually require you to use a build funnel service such as Clickfunnels. It will require funds to use its product as well. It gets pricey as well. Good luck.

  3. Hi Eddy, I did the 15-day business builder challenge, and I might say it was one of the best I’ve ever seen. And all the information is well packed. Yes, they do promote a lot their own products, but hey, that’s what they’re good at.

  5. Please does it mean that if one enroll with LM even in your training you will still be paying some money? please help me out because am a complete novice am just looking for how and where to place my feet. Thanks

    • Yes some of the principals taught in LM will require you to invest more money in advertising your business. The focus of their training isn’t really about free techniques which is more of what Wealthy Affiliate teaches. But paid techniques can lead to results faster but you have to be willing to lose money in the process to get those results. But if you’re less risk adverse than another program that focuses on slower but free methods may be for you. Either way you’re still investing in a business. One option may just require you to spend more money ongoing to succeed. So that’s what you need to consider.

  6. Hi Eddy, very nice review. My husband and i are very interested by LM and we would love to step forward and see how things will work for us. But it is a huge amount of money to invest in there and we probably won’t be able to afford that right now. is there a way to start up easily ? thank you

  7. Thanks, Eddy, really appreciate the way you write(in a way that someone like “me” can understand). Was thinking of joining Legendary marketer, after reading your review, will have to think things over as I do not have an endless pit of money to invest in high price products.
But will let you know if I decide to invest some money in this program.
Having said that, I love your recommendation and you know what Eddy, it`s because of you I stopped losing money online, I listened to you and since then, things changed, I no longer fall for the get rich quick scams.

  8. Finally, an objective and honest review of Legendary Marketer without too much fluff. Most reviewers just show how much money they are making and assume everyone will just hop aboard after seeing the $$$. That would be like me applying for a job with no job description. I’ve watched several videos and read a few article on LM and you finally answered the question I had “What exactly is Legendary Marketer about”. With so many scams and shady businesses out there I appreciate someone how is upfront about what LM is and isn’t trying to just promote the opportunity without telling me the most important details.

I feel like a lot of these reviewers are vague in their reviews because they don’t want to scare people off.

I appreciate your honesty. I’m still decided if I want to join LM or not. I’m willing to put in the work, but I don’t have a whole lot of money laying around to invest. I’m unemployed at the moment so I can’t spend thousands of dollars on investing. Thanks again.

    • Hey Earl, thanks for the kind words. I am glad you appreciated a balanced review. I always try to give the whole picture so people can make an informed decision. I don’t like reading reviews that don’t provide the meat. So I’m glad we’re on the same page.

  9. Thanks for your Legendary marketers review but you sound a little biased because you are promoting Wealthy Affiliate. I have been in Wealthy Affiliate for five years and recently I joined Legendary Marketers and all I can say is that it’s easier to make money faster in Legendary Marketers than in Wealthy Affiliate especially if one is a newbie.

    • Hey Paul,

I was objective and laid out the things I do actually like about Legendary Marketer. If I were biased, I would have just bashed them in the review which I didn’t. It has short comings like any program. A review is suppose to give you the good and bad. That said I’ve said the training is good. I wouldn’t argue it’s easy for a newbie because most of the focus is on paid traffic techniques. As a newbie you can lose your wallet if you don’t know what you’re doing. Whereas WA focuses on free traffic from Google. It takes longer but the money investment and potential lost is minimal compared to what you can lose with paid traffic.

I think Legendary Marketer is good if you want to learn more about paid traffic strategies and are comfortable with some of the potential financial lost as you experiment. But once you do master it, the income potential is great and faster. So I’m not knocking it. They’ve made some changes recently that I like. And I may even give it a shot. But I stand by some of my observations.

  10. Thanks for the heads up. Was looking at this as an option, but am going to take a step back for now and look at other options.

    Thanks Eddy
