Eddy “with a Y”
I love this app I have been using it for almost 2 years now problems. But this last gift card Weds Sept 6 2023 will make a week I have been waiting on my lastest reward. And usually if I request it on a weekday I get it the next day or a weekend I wait usually no longer then 2 days. But this latest has been a week and I was counting on that to help with my grandson gift. I have sent email after email even tried chatting no answers. But they have sure still been sending questions to be answered. I think after I get this gift card if I ever do I might have to be done because a week without answers or zero communication is unacceptable.
I’ve been doing surveys on line for 3+ years and never a problem till 2022 when they deactivated my acct.
Crowdtap is going to be shutting down their website soon.
Getting less & less surveys to do after they did an update this year.
They’re deactivating accounts with no apparent reason. If you do try and contact support, you’ll get a generic email back. They won’t give you a reason for deactivating the account other than violation of terms. And you can’t get any of your gift cards after account has been deactivated.
This is exactly what 2 other apps did before shutting down their app.
Just a fair warning to all
I’ve been a Crowdtap member for awhile now up until recently. I had an issue with missing points a few weeks ago and they did nothing about it and come to find out now my account is disabled again for the second time in a row for absolutely no apparent reason whatsoever plus they blocked me on Facebook after speaking out against them which right there proves that I’m right. Also there was an issue with this recent payout gift card that I had earned. When I had reached 4,000pts which equals to $20.00 and I didn’t receive it within their 48hr time frame like they normally would send I don’t think that they planned on to. In my opinion, I think that they had seen my complaint online somewhere and then decided to send it. To be honest everyone, it’s not worth the time and headaches. Oh yeah and if you’re only using a pre-paid plan on a mobile device…Save your data for something else.
