Are you a freelancer looking for additional ways to make money? If you are, chances are you have looked into freelance websites such as Freelancemyway.com. Well, we have everything you need to know, including the good, the bad and the ugly. So, let's get into it, shall we?

What Is FreelanceMyWay?

FreelanceMyWay found at freelancemyway.com is a freelance website where clients hire freelancers to do all sorts of remote jobs such as web development, writing, design, mobile phone jobs, data entry and more. Although FreelanceMyWay is a fairly new website. The founder, internet entrepreneur Joe Daley has been in the business since 1999 with other online ventures.

How Does FreelanceMyWay Work?

For Clients

As a client, once you post a job for free, you'll start receiving bids from freelancers. Once you select the freelancer you deem fit for the job, you'll use a milestone mode of payment. This ensures the freelancer receives partial payments until the job is done.

For Freelancers

Once you create a free profile, you'll use it to bid for jobs posted by clients. If a client picks you to do the job, you can agree on the schedule of payments that will make up the milestone payment system. Once the job is done, you'll have received your payment in full. It's that simple.

How Do I Join FreelanceMyWay?

As a freelancer, you need to sign up with a valid email address which you'll have to confirm by opening and clicking the email sent to you.

Next, you'll need to verify your phone number and upload a profile image.

Once you've done that you'll have to complete your profile detailing your skills, work experience, a detailed portfolio of your capabilities and your PayPal email address for payment.

The website's moderators will then review all of your information. Once they approve your application you can start bidding for jobs.

How Much Money Can I Make With FreelanceMyWay?

At the time of writing this review, Freelancemyway.com is fairly new. It would be inaccurate to pinpoint how much you can make. However, just like Upwork.com and Freelancer.com, how much you make depends on your qualifications, success rate and skills.

If you are not in any way interested in becoming a freelancer, you can make money online watching videos, searching the web or even taking surveys at Swagbucks.com, FusionCash.com or SurveyJunkie.com. If you want to work online part time or full time making real money and not having to answer to anyone, check out My Top Work At Home Recommendation.

How Does FreelanceMyWay Pay You?

FreelanceMyWay pays via PayPal, although it's not clear when they issue payments at this time.

What We Like About FreelanceMyWay

PayPal Payment

As a freelancer, you'll have peace of mind knowing that you only need a PayPal account to receive funds from FreelanceMyWay. It also makes the website appealing to international freelancers.

You Earn As You Work

The milestone payment is definitely a plus. Unlike other freelance platforms where you spend hours working on a project only for the client to reject your work, at FreelanceMyWay you'll know from the start if you fit the bill.

FreelanceMyWay Complaints

There are tons of scams out there. Your best bet to avoid these scams is knowing what you'll run into beforehand. Is freelancemyway the real deal? Read along and find out!

There are not a lot of jobs at this time

As I mentioned earlier, the website is new. So, there are not a lot of jobs to bid for at this time. However, if the founder Joe Daley's experience managing websites is anything to go by, it could be a matter of time before things pick up.

Fortunately there are sites like SurveyJunkie.com, Swagbucks.com and FusionCash.com to get you through the hard times. You'll earn money doing the things you normally do online like watching videos, answering surveys or even using the search engine.

You don't get approved immediately

You can't start making money right off the bat after you submit your application. You'll have to wait at least 48 hours to know whether you can start working. Unlike most other freelance websites where your profile goes live immediately you create it, there's no guarantee that FreelanceMyWay will approve your application. This is a good thing for clients since the vetting process ensures quality freelancers are approved.

No BBB Profile

For those of you who live and die for a company's status with the Better Business Bureau, FreelanceMyWay is not yet covered at the time of this review.

Is FreelanceMyWay A Scam?

FreelanceMyWay.com is definitely not a scam. The owner has been in the business for nearly two decades and his web presence is very transparent. The website itself already has completed bids so freelancers have made money through it.

The customer service is also very responsive and interactive, unlike some websites where you have to bat eyes at the support team for them to address your damn issues.

However, there are not enough jobs to go by since at the time of this review. The website is at an infant stage. On the other hand, this might be the best time as a freelancer to join, because once things pick up your experience on the website will speak miles for you.

But if you need to make money in the mean time, you may want to check out My Best Work At Home Recommendation as an additional source of income to your freelance work. It gives you total freedom and you won't have to deal with demanding clients.

All in all, FreeelanceMyWay is definitely worth a shot if you have the skills and experience to work as a freelancer.

Well, that's it from me about freelancemyway.com. Do you have an experience with the website you'd like us to know about? Feel free to chime in with comments or questions in the comments section below.

Until next time
