We live in exciting times where you can make money in your flip flops and boxers! Easy as that may sound, chances of losing money and wasting time on a scam are equally great. You probably landed here while reading several Gain.GG reviews to help you determine whether the site is legit or a waste of time.
Well, we have everything you need to know about the company in this Gain.GG reviews. Unfortunately, the truth may shock you, but better safe than sorry, right?
What Is Gain.GG?
Gain.GG is a GPT (Get Paid To) site that pays people to do short tasks and offers like watching videos, taking surveys, cashback on shopping and more. The site is relatively new at the time of writing, having launched in 2018, although they haven’t made their ownership information public.
How Does Gain.GG Work?
There are a couple of ways you can earn money with Gain.GG:
Taking Surveys – Gain.GG is a middleman to other survey companies. If there are surveys available, you’ll be redirected to these third party websites where you’ll sign up and complete the survey if you qualify. But you can skip the middleman and work directly with a company like SurveyJunkie.com that has some of the best paying surveys around.
Watching Videos – You can earn money for watching short ads that revolve around travel, entertainment, food and travel.
Trials & Offers – Trials could be signing up with a magazine site, receiving products samples to try and so on. Whereas offers involve earning cashback on shopping.
Referrals – If you can get people to sign up using your referral link, you’ll earn 5% of whatever they’ll earn for life.
How Much Money Can I Make With Gain.GG?
Gain.GG uses their own monetary system they call Gain Coins. While testing Gain.GG, we noticed that the more time you spend on the website the more your chances of earning. $1 equals 1000 coins. That said, offers tend to expire quickly, and videos also come and go. A 90 second video gets you 3 coins, while offers that require signing up can earn you roughly 500 coins.
Most surveys will pay you around 50 coins, but remember Gain.GG is just an intermediate to these third party surveys sites. So taking all that into consideration, you’ll probably be earning a few cents every day.
The best way to get around earning pennies with such opportunities is to join more than one, that way you’ll have multiple streams of income in case one dries up. You can join sites like SurveyJunkie.com for surveys and SwagBucks.com and FusionCash.com that pay you for what you do online, same as Gain.GG.
But hey, you probably won’t make ends meet with these opportunities. If you’re instead looking for a way to work online working part time or full time doing something that will pay the bills and make you real money, check out My Top Work At Home Recommendation.
How & When Does Gain.GG Pay You?
Gain.GG’s minimum payment threshold is just 10 coins ($0.01). However, they say you’ll need to have earned at least 200 coins exclusively via trials and offers to get your first cashout. You can choose to get paid via PayPal or just about any cryptocurrency option available in the market. There are no withdrawal fees or service charges.
How Can I Join Gain.GG?
Joining Gain.GG is free at the time of writing, and all you need is either a Google or STEAM account. You don’t need to fill out a form, as they’ll just get your Google or STEAM account information automatically. You’ll earn 100 coins just by signing up. You’re free to sign up from anywhere in the world, but it seems most offers favor users from the US, UK and Canada.
Gain.GG Complaints
So everything sounds great so far. But if you’ve been around similar opportunities long enough, you know better than to skip this complaints section that helps you determine whether the opportunity is legit or a scam.
Don’t quit your day job
With Gain.GG, the most lucrative ways to earn require you to spend. Well, this is nothing new with most GPT sites, but it means the free offers earn you way less in comparison. Again, most tasks like surveys and videos earn you pennies every day.
So you can’t exactly replace your day job with Gain.GG. The best way around that is having multiple income streams. You can join sites like SwagBucks.com and FusionCash.com for similar ways to earn. But if you want to make real money that will actually pay the bills, check out My Best Work At Home Recommendation.
Awful customer service
Some users say it took weeks to get a response form Gain.GG’s customer service. They may be offering instant cashouts, but sometimes they may hold your money for unclear reasons, prompting you to contact them. Again you can only reach out via email for money issues. But in the spirit of full disclosure, they do say that their average response time is 7 days, 10 hours. So it’s up to you to decide how red that flag is.
No BBB Profile
The site is only a year old at this time, but I know some of ya’ll wouldn’t take a second look at a company with no profile at the Better Business Bureau. Well, Gain.GG is not yet registered at the time of writing.
Who owns this thing anyway?
Even though this doesn’t necessarily mean they’re a scam, it’s still a concern for many of us that the ownership info is under wraps. We couldn’t find any single person related to this site, where they are located or anything like that. So it’s up to you to decide whether that’s the kiss of death.
Is Gain.GG Legit or A Scam?
Gain.GG is not a scam as I used it for a week and they did send me my few cents immediately I cashed out. But it’s definitely not something you would rely on for beer money, let alone a source of income. But if you want to earn some money for things you already do online, this is one way to do it.
That said, the best way to make a decent amount of money for things you do online, is to join several GPT sites. You can sign up for free at sites like SwagBucks.com and FusionCash.com for similar and more ways to earn as Gain.GG, and SurveyJunkie.com for some of the highest paying surveys.
All in all, you’ll probably not make life-changing money with these opportunities. If you feel you’re better off spending your time doing something that will earn you real income either part time or full time, check out My Best Work At Home Recommendation.
That’s all from me today. If you still have questions about Gain.GG, you can visit their FAQs page here. And finally, feel free to share your two cents about this and any other work at home opportunity you know of.
Until next time
