iRazoo Review: Legit Rewards Website or Scam?

Links & ads you may click on this blog pay the bills & keep this site free for you. Thanks for supporting!

If you've ever lost money trying to find a work at home opportunity you know the violation of being scammed. So it makes sense that you're going through iRazoo reviews to determine if they actually pay you or not.

Well, we've compiled the good, the bad and the ugly and we have it all in our iRazoo Review. If what we dug up is anything to go by, I would strongly suggest you read this review carefully. You've been warned!

What Is IRazoo?

IRazoo found at iRazoo.com is a rewards website that claims to pay people like you and I to do short tasks like watching videos, taking surveys, playing games, completing offers and so on. The company is a subsidiary of SideMoney LLC, and was founded in 2007. They are currently headquartered in New York, NY.

How Does iRazoo Work?

iRazoo rewards you for various things you do online. Here's what you can do to get rewarded:

Taking Surveys – You can get paid to share your two cents about products and services. SurveyJunkie.com is another company that pays you for this as well.

Completing offers – Offers can include testing samples, downloading apps, visiting sites or signing up for product or service trials.

Coupon Codes – You can find coupon codes on social media and different sources around the web.

Watching Videos – You can also earn rewards by watching videos.

Referrals – You earn rewards when you invite friends and family via email, Facebook and Twitter.

Playing Games – You can earn rewards for playing various types of games online.

Did you know that there are other companies that will pay you to complete similar tasks? InBoxDollars.com, Swagbucks.com, and FusionCash.com will pay you for online activities you do such as playing games, watching videos or downloading apps and many other things.

How Does IRazoo Pay You?

Irazoo.com uses a point system to reward you for the activities mentioned above. But the points can be redeemed for real cash via PayPal or gift cards as payments. But you'll need at least 12,000 points to get $20 via PayPal, and at least 3000 points to get a $5 gift card. They say members get paid every week on Tuesdays, but you'll have to wait for up to 10 days from the time you made your withdrawal request to get your reward.

How Much Money Can I Make With IRazoo?

At the time of this review, $1 is worth 600 points That said, how much you earn depends on how active you are on the site. Completing offers seems to be the best way of racking up points. Games earn you up to 22 points per day, 10-15 minute surveys earn you up to 600 points while referrals earn you anywhere between 100 and 500 points.

Your country will impact how much you earn as well. That's because advertisers are always looking for people from their target market. So all these factors will determine how much you make and if you land on their best earners' list.

If you don't like the idea of points or earning very little money for a lot of effort, don't worry. You can make real money working part time or full time using My Best Work At Home Recommendation.

How Do I Join IRazoo?

At the time of writing, you can join IRazoo from anywhere in the world and its free. But then again, make sure you can actually get paid through the available payment options. Anyway, joining is free, all you need is an email and a password or a Facebook profile, and you're in.

IRazoo Complaints

Well no company is perfect. There are bound to be things that you may or may not like. So we decided to list some of the things folks have a grip with. You go ahead and decide if they are deal breakers or not.

Don't quit your day job

Your ability to earn rewards seem to add up quickly as a new user since there are many options available to you. But as time goes by, earning points seems to become harder. Others say you'll need to sign up for trials and offers to reach the minimum payout threshold. These pay more but usually involve more hoops to jump through.

No BBB Rating

If you live and die by a Better Business Bureau rating, IRazoo doesn't have one at the time of this review. So that could be a deal breaker for some of you.

Fortunately there are other companies that have a positive BBB rating. You may want to look into sites like SurveyJunkie.com, InBoxDollars.com, Swagbucks.com and FusionCash.com where you can also get paid for what you already do online like visit websites, read emails, watch videos and other tasks. But if you want a real work at home opportunity that will pay the bills, check out My Best Work At Home Recommendation.

Is IRazoo Legit or A Scam?

IRazoo is not a scam. I've used it over the years and cashed out. It has its flaws, which is common with similar rewards websites. But there are no serious red flags that suggest they are into anything shady. Perhaps the biggest drawback is that it doesn't seem like this is something you can earn a full time or part time income with consistently.

So with that said, it's always good to look at other options as well. Just like IRazoo, you can make extra money doing what you already do online at sites like SwagBucks.com, FusionCash.com, InboxDollars.com and taking surveys at SurveyJunkie.com. But if that's not what you're looking for and would prefer earning a living online, then you may want to check out My Best Work At Home Recommendation.

We'd love to know what you think about this or any other work at home gig you may have had an episode with. So feel free to chime in on the comments section below. If you still have questions about the site, you can find answers on their Help Desk page here.

Until next time

  1. I have been a member in good standing for 6yrs. I used to get paid although it took awhile to earn anything but now I have been waiting for my $20 reward which has been pending since Sept 28, 2022….I have sent messages 4 times received only auto reply from Zendesk but never from iRazoo. I have thought about contacting Paypal to see if they are still on working terms…I even play games a few times a week still so they can’t say I’ve been inactive….I wish I knew if they were in business or not!

  2. Never heard about iRazoo before, seems to be a legitimate way to earn money online but what I understood is that you really need to spend a lot of time to earn some money. For me, it seems like to be an employee or a freelancer. You work you earn, you don’t so you don’t earn :). Actually, I like your recommendation to build own business.

    • Well, it’s definitely not a passive form of income unless you can refer people to their site. So you’re right there. It’s just a way to make a little extra cash for things you probably already do online. But it’s propbably no where near what an employee or freelancer could make.

  3. Hi Eddy,

It’s great to come back to your website to read one more good article to learn more about different ways to make money online.

This is a good review on Irazoo, so many different ways anyone can start making money from it.

I must say I didn’t know about it, and it’s good you tell us that Irazoo is not a scam and you have work on it with good results and you have made some money from it.

    • Yes, it definitely provides you a few ways to make a little extra money. Obviously it’s not something where you can earn a full time income.  But it’s a little something something.

  4. I used to do many of these kinds of sites and was actually quite proud until I realized the amount of time I was putting in compared to the results.

However my wife still does these kind of things and is the happiest lady in the world when she gets a gift card from somewhere.  I will show her this review and see what she thinks.

thanks for a great review.  I cant wait to show her and see what she thinks.

    • You’re welcome Dale. I use to spend a lot of time on these sites as well making some money. But I quickly discovered my time was better spent running my own websites and making money that way. But it’s definitely a good thing for people like your wife who may enjoy this.

  5. There are so many apps now that is similar to iRazoo, I myself is using Moneyapp and swagbucks. You will definitely not get rich by using these apps. (I really wish we will because it’s fun) However, it is better than just playing games on your phone and get nothing out of it. Think of it as your piggy bank. If you want to make money, there are many other jobs that pay better than these apps. Great review, will share your article to my friends.

    • I agree. A lot of us already waste time on our phones or on the web doing the things sites like this pay for. So why not switch some of your normal behavior to earn some cash. So I agree with you.

  6. Thanks Eddy. I had never heard of iRazoo, although I am registered with many of the alternatives you listed.  If it isn’t any better than those others…forget it.  I thought maybe I could make a few bucks in my downtime. Hah! a few cents, maybe.  My time is much better spent learning something that can bring in actual money.  Your recommendation offers tons of training, so something like that is a much better use of my time.

    • Yeah, these types of reward sites aren’t really designed to make you real part time or full time income. They’re good for a few bucks. Thanks for chiming in.

  7. Thanks for the great review on IRazoo.  I have tried other companies similar to this.  I have found that I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to make some extra cash with these types of platforms.  I know when I try something, I put 100% into it and honestly I have never made a penny.  What I found to be the most frustrating was how many “tasks” once I started, were then not available to me because I did not meet the qualifications, what ever those were.

    • Yeah I totally hear ya. I find that my time is better spent on running my blogs. Reward sites like this are also good if you can refer people who don’t mind working on low paying opportunities like this.
