About My Sprint Rewards

My Sprint Rewards is a cashback and rewards app designed to gift Sprint subscribers discounts, offers and shopping perks. The program was rolled out in late 2018 by parent company Sprint; the 4th largest telecommunication company in the country. Sprint is currently headquartered at 6200 Sprint Parkway Overland Park, KS 66251. They’re found online at Sprint.com

How Does My Sprint Rewards Work?

So Sprint gives its subscribers goodies in the form of deals across a wide range of products and industries. Deals could be discounted meals, movie tickets, cashback on shopping or cheaper air tickets.

So as a Sprint customer, all you have to do is download the app, sign up and search for goodies. If you spot a deal, Sprint will offer you a discount on it or cashback on the purchase. You can choose to take it on immediately or save it for later, redeemable at your own pace. Each offer has a process you’ll need to follow in order to get the perk, discount or cashback.

Did you know you can also get cash back and gift cards on shopping at SwagBucks.com, and you can make real money doing basically what you do online like watching videos, visiting websites and much more? Well, now you know. If you’re not a Sprint subscriber, you can use Rakuten Rewards that works pretty much the same as Sprint.

My Sprint Rewards Complaints

So in theory this sounds all good. You wouldn’t expect any complaints against the sprint rewards program. But you’d be wrong! Here are some complaints against the app and decide for yourself.

Most offers suck

Some users say they’ve been using the app for a while but haven’t come across something cool or different from what they’re used to. The cashback rates can be pretty low for things you regularly buy. Others compared it to similar apps and clearly Sprint Rewards has some catching up to do. But to be fair the app is only a few months old at the time of writing, so maybe things will change with time.

Privacy concerns

Same as the GetUpSide app, users say you may have to give up an arm and a leg to use the app. They’ll need your location and access to your phone’s storage among other permissions. So you may have to determine whether these perks are worth a slice of your privacy.

My Sprint Rewards Alternatives

So perhaps you’re not a Sprint subscriber and would want something that’s open to you. You can check out the mobile versions of SwagBucks and Rakuten Rewards that offer great deals, cashback, and coupons for online shopping. You can even gift cards and real cash for doing the things you already do online like visiting websites, playing games and more. Pretty cool, right?

Is My Sprint Rewards Safe?

My Sprint Rewards is safe. If you’re a Sprint customer, you can land some great cashback and deals on everyday shopping. That’s the beauty of the internet nowadays, you rarely have to pay full price for anything if you can take advantage of such apps.

With that in mind, you can also earn cashback, coupons and promo codes with SwagBucks.com. They’ll even pay you for visiting websites, playing games, reading emails and much more. So if you’re not a Sprint customer, don’t fret, there are lots of options out there.
