Pssst! You, yeah you! See that neat pile of 100 dollar bills? That's ONE MILLION dollars. Now imagine the size of a mountain made of 60,000 stacks just like this one.
Not easy to imagine, is it? You would be looking at 60 Billion dollars and that's the amount Americans spend every year on dieting and weight loss products.
A lot of dough is changing hands and most of it ends up in the coffers of MLM companies. For the life of me I cannot figure out why most of the dieting products are sold exclusively through networks of independent distributors and cannot be bought in regular stores.
Countless companies saturating the market with diet products already, but every so often, a new one pops up to claim a piece of the huge money pile. Vfinity is one of them and the subject of my review today.
What is Vfinity?
Vfinity is a typical MLM company that offers diet and wellness products with the focus on fighting obesity. Vfinity, a privately held corporation, was founded by Alex Eliashevsky and is located in Naples, Florida.
The company's Mission Statement:
“Vfinity illuminates the clear path towards a fulfilling lifestyle with the infinite joys of better health, infinite possibilities to grow wealth, and infinite freedom to live life on your terms.”
Vfinity also offers the business opportunity to join their direct sales force and become a ‘Lifestyle Consultant“.
What are the Vfinity Products?
Vfinity carries 3 products only:
V1 Skinny Smoothie – Weight Wellness Meal Support $119.95
Reduce your cravings while building and protecting your lean muscle mass with this decadent high potency vitamin and mineral supplement mix.
V2 Skinny Greens – Nature's Super Foods $59.95
Detoxify and cleanse your body while suppressing your appetite. High-alkaline promoting ingredients reduce your cravings and balance your pH levels.
V3 MAX – Maximum Energy, Mood, and Appetite Control $64.95
Energize yourself with the triple-action power of V3 MAX to revitalize yourself in an instant. Optimize your performance with infinite energy, amp up your metabolism to burn fat, and then suppress your appetite for the most powerful weight loss support on the market.
Vfinity claims that their products are not the ‘garden variety' of weight loss pills and food shakes, but superior because they……
“….are formulated with the most innovative weight management science using ‘best-in-class' ingredients. Each Vfinity product fully supports your body during weight loss, each works synergistically with each other, and each promotes a healthy balance for a total lifestyle transformation system”
Each product PAK contains a 30-day supply and can be purchased individually. However, the Vfinity marketing strategy is clearly focused on selling you the VSkinny Pak which includes ONE of each.
Their Concept is pretty simple, at first glance.
- Have a V1 Skinny Smoothie for breakfast between 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.
- Have a V1 Skinny Smoothie for lunch between 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
- Have a V1 Skinny Smoothie for dinner between 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Have V2 Skinny Greens any time of day
- Take V3 Max pill twice a day, between 6 a.m. – 4 p.m.
That's it, the fat just melts away and the craving for real food disappears!
Do the Vfinity Products Really Work?
They claim that their products…..
- Sustain Energy Without Hunger*
- Promote Weight Loss by Igniting Your Metabolism*
- Build, Restore, and Maintain Lean Muscle*
- Provide Weight Wellness Meal Support*
The ‘asterisk (*)' points to a disclaimer at the bottom of the web page that says:
*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
More importantly however, the fact that they cannot substantiate their claims with the results of clinical tests, gives me reasons to doubt the effectiveness of the products.
They do list the ingredients of the VMax pills, but fail to explain WHY and HOW these particular substances lead to weight loss or build, restore and maintain lean muscle.
Vfinity Compared to Other Products
A verdict if the Vfinity products are bad, good or even better than others is still out. I was not able to find any customer reviews, with the exception of about 6 or so on their official website. Other than that, there is nothing out there.
THE PRICE of the product is a completely different story though. The V1 Skinny Smoothy shakes cost you $120 for 34.22 oz (970 grams). A little bit smaller pack, 32 oz of Slimfast, cost about $16 at Amazon.
More organic mixes with less sugar added are more expensive, but you can buy a 44 oz Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein Shake for about $65.
What is the Vfinity Business Opportunity?
In short: Nothing out of the ordinary. You have the opportunity to become a Lifestyle Consultant buy purchasing the product through another consultant, place a monthly order and you are ready to rumble. You will earn commissions from direct sales, and commissions from the sales of consultants you recruited into your down line.
The more products you sell to new users AND convert them to Lifestyle Consultants, the more money can you make.
What is the Vfinity Compensation Plan?
I do not know; simply because Vfinity, unlike all other MLMs, does NOT make their compensation plan public. Only AFTER you signed up to become a Lifestyle Consultant will you get access to the comp plan.
However, I found a little tid-bit of info on their website I can share with you:
You can earn extra $5 or $10 retail commission if you convert a new buyer of the product to a “Preferred Customer”. The status of “PC” is achieved by placing an auto-order. The PC still gets the product at whole sale even if they Do NOT want to be a Lifestyle Consultant.
They also say that it's EASIER to convert Preferred Customers into Lifestyle Consultants since they become acquainted with Vfinity through the Preferred Customer Program.
What are the Vfinity Complaints?
There aren't any, yet. Vfinity is still very new and in the early stages in the development and growth. What's surprising though, is the lack of Lifestyle Consultant web pages. There is practically nothing out there. Considering the young age of the company, all that may change. So, we will have to lean back and wait to see how the whole thing is going to develop.
I'm not big on being a guinea pig so I like to wait to see what others have experienced jumping into a new opportunity. I don't buy the whole hype of getting in at the ground floor. I know from experience even when I'm late to the party I can still make money because the internet is my audience.
So is Vfinity a Scam?
The company appears to be a legal MLM that sells tangible products that people buy AND use. So far I don't see anything shady going on so I wouldn't call it a scam. But again it's very early and I don't see enough feedback to make a judgement call. So in situations like this I tend to wait until the dust settles before jumping in. So I would suggest you do the same just in case this goes bad.

THIS IS A SCAM!! THE PRODUCT ADVERTISES IT AS BEING “ORIGINAL” BUT… IT IS NOT. THE MAIN INGREDIENT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF IT. I TOOK THIS PRODUCT WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT AND IT WAS “AWESOME” IT ACTUALLY WORKED. BUT I EMAILED AND ASKED IF IT WAS THE SAME AND THEY SAID THE MAIN INGREDIENT HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE PRODUCT, HENCE “NOT ORIGINAL” ! SO, IT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED AND I WILL BE RESENDING IT AND LOSING MONEY ON THEIR RETURN POLICY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WILL NOT REFUND FULL COST. SORRY COMPANY TO DO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AS ORIGINAL!
How is this any different from Le-vel (thrive) ? I see no difference
Hi Eddy,
Like most of these companies want you to buy their products and they cost so much and we really don’t know how they work on different individuals. Every ones body is different so if it works, it works differently on everyone. So people probably don’t lose weight with all these products but people will buy them anyway and they cost so much money that it probably isn’t worth it. What I think really works for people is if they just simply eat a little of things and exercise that is the best thing to lose weight.
Clearly the cost isn’t a big deal because the weight lost is a billion dollar industry. People can and will always find the money for things they really want and value. But obviously I agree that the way to achieve weight loss long term is exercise and changing your eating habits. It’s proven to work and for the most part that is a free alternative. So I agree with you. Thanks for chiming in as always.
