Do you have stuff laying around your house that's really just collecting dust? What about in your garage? Well suppose you were able to get paid for all that old crap I mean stuff. What Is Zilok?
Zilok.com is an online marketplace where you can list your things for rent. You sign up for free and you can list anything that you have such as: cars, power tools, outside furniture, homes, or anything else that you have to rent out. The site was founded by Marion Carrette, and was created in 2007. The company was originally based out of Paris.
How Does Zilok Work?
When you sign on to the Zilok site, you are free to list your things for rent. Renters need to pay a retainer fee in case of any damages upfront. Zilok is basically a marketplace to get owners and renters in the same place to engage and do business together. When a customer, (renter) chooses to rent a certain item, they do this with what's called a booking request. They are instructed to give out all contact information. Then both owner and renter meet up and the customer gets access to the item for rent. If everything is returned in good condition, the renter gets the retainer fee refunded.
How Do You Get Paid?
The owner gets paid at a specific (final) meeting place when the items are returned, (in good condition). Also, the owner has a say in payment methods. In addition, the owner must clearly indicate the method of payment upfront, on every item listed for rent on the website. Just so you know, the website takes between 5 and 10% of each transaction for the service of collaborating renters and owners.

When you sign up to rent your things, it is free. You can sign up Here. You can also quickly access the site through your Facebook account. Only people from the US can sign up.
Zilok Complaints
Honestly, my research team didn't find a lot of substantial complaints to report. From my perspective the only thing I don't really like about this opportunity is that its not totally based online and it's not really passive. Most people looking to work at home want to do just that. But the fact you have to leave your house and meet strangers doesn't make it appealing to me. But that's me.
Is Zilok a Scam or Legit?
Zilok.com appears to be a legitimate site and might be a good way to make money if you're cool with leaving your house and meeting strangers.
