Dabbl App Review: Free Gift Cards or Scam?

Links & ads you may click on this blog pay the bills & keep this site free for you. Thanks for supporting!

Isn’t it incredible how smartphones influence our daily lives? In just a few years we went from clipping coupons in the Sunday newspaper to getting them as notifications on our phones. Apps like Dabbl claim they can help us earn gift cards for the things we already do online like playing games and watching videos. But how true is that claim? If you’re anything like me you have doubts and that’s why you’re reading Dabbl App Reviews

So that’s why my team decided to do some research and write this Dabbl App Review. Things aren’t always what they seem, so you may want to read along carefully!

What Is Dabbl?

Dabbl found online at GetDabbl.com is an app and website that rewards you for engaging with and sharing your opinion about products, brands and services you use every day. Dabbl is a subsidiary of AdJoy; an advertising and digital marketing company founded in 2015 by Benjamin Briceno and they have offices in Tampa, FL, and San Francisco, CA.

How Does Dabbl App Work?

Dabbl is basically a rewards app. They pay people like you and I to view ads, take surveys and play miniature games. All you have to do is download the free app, register and start doing these small tasks. But unlike similar apps like Swagbucks and FusionCash, you’ll not be earning real money. You’ll first accumulate a certain number of Dabbl points and later convert them to gift cards of popular retailers like Amazon, BestBuy, WalMart and more.

Dabbl Features

Dabbl has a couple of features that can help you earn more points including the following:

“From Dabbl” – These are short, interactive videos, offers and ads you’ll have to watch to earn points. They are hosted exclusively by Dabbl and once you do what’s required your points will reflect immediately.

“From the Web” – These are short videos and ads from around the web that also earn you points as well.

Referral Program – Under the “From Dabbl” tab you can also get your referral link to earn points by referring others to Dabbl.

Extra Savings – These are offers from Dabbl partners that may earn you points when you enrol or engage with.

How Much Money Can I Make With The Dabbl App?

At the time of this review, 1000 Dabbl points carry a $1 value. Surveys earn you 20 points on average, short videos have a 5-20 points value, and offers earn you 1 – 5000 points depending on the offer. When your referral earns 1000 points you’ll get 2000 points. So how much you make with Dabbl depends on how many of these challenges you can complete, their availability and your effort.

How & When Does Dabbl Pay You?

As mentioned earlier, unfortunately you won’t be earning real money using Dabbl. They pay with gift cards from companies such as Spotify, Amazon, BestBuy, WalMart and more once you earn 5000 points. But if the gift card business is just not for you and you instead prefer real money, you can check out Swagbucks.com and FusionCash.com that also pay you to watch videos, visit websites, play games and more. You can also join SurveyJunkie.com if you’re interested in taking surveys for cash.

How Do I Get Started With The Dabbl App?

The Dabbl app is free to download and use. It is available for both Android and iOS. To register, they’ll require your phone number and age. After you verify your number with a code they’ll send via text, you can login and start earning these points.

Dabbl App Complaints

Well I bet you already know that Dabbl, like most similar apps, is far from perfect. So we listed a couple of complaints to help you decide whether the app is worth the trouble.

Limited earning potential – You’re not guaranteed that you’ll make money each time you open the app. There are not always things to do. So if you’re not making money by referring others, your earning potential is very limited. But you can always get around that by joining more of these companies like SwagBucks.com, FusionCash.com and SurveyJunkie.com. That way you can make up for downtime by one income channel.

I prefer cash insteadUnfortunately you can’t earn real cash with Dabbl, unless you were planning on selling these gift cards. Users agree that it would have been great if they had options such as PayPal cash.

No BBB Profile – If you always determine a company’s legitimacy using the Better Business Bureau, Dabbl is not listed there.

Is Dabbl App Legit or A Scam?

Dabbl appears to be a legit app. While you won’t pay off any credit card debt using the app, it's a fun way to earn gift cards during your free time when these offers are available.

Since you won’t always have paying opportunities on the Dabbl app, it makes “cents” to have other ways to make money. Sites like Swagbucks and FusionCash allow you to earn cash and gift cards doing what you already do online like reading emails, watching videos. Playing games and more. You can make money taking surveys with SurveyJunkie.com as well.

So that’s my Dabble review. Do you use the app or anything similar? We would love to read all about it in the comments section! If you still have questions about the app, you can find answers in their FAQs page

Until next time
