I always try to keep my opinion to myself, unless I really have to give it, or I'm being paid for it, lol. Good news is companies like Vindale Research want to hear what you have to say, and they claim they'll pay you for your time. But you probably know this already and that's why you're going through several Vindale Research Reviews to know whether it's the real deal.
Well, if you want to know the truth about the company, don't you dare do anything before reading this Vindale Research review. You've been warned!
What is Vindale Research?
Vindale Research is a market research company that claims to pay people to take surveys. Vindale Research, owned by iGan LLC, was founded by its current CTO Nathanael Ehrich in 2005 and they are currently headquartered in New York.
How Does Vindale Research Work?
As a member of Vindale Research they claim they use your profile and demographic information to match you with surveys that fit you. So once you sign up you can start taking eligibility tests of the surveys that are available at the time of asking. If your demographics fits what they require, you'll get rewarded for completing the survey.
Some surveys require you to test physical samples, which they'll send to you via mail. Once you complete giving your two cents and they're happy with what they see they'll pay you for your word and time.
How Much Money Can I Make with Vindale Research?
How much you earn, like many other surveys websites, depends on how much work you put in and how many surveys you can actually complete. But let's take a closer look at how much money you can earn here.
Taking surveys. Sharing your opinion is obviously the primary way to make money, with surveys paying anywhere between $0.25 and $50 according to them. If you're required to test samples you can earn upwards of $75 per project.
You can earn more by watching this video:
Watching videos. You can make up to $0.25 watching Vindale videos when they are available.
Sharing proof of payment. They claim if you share a photo proving they paid you, they'll give you $5 for that.
Referring others. You'll earn $5 for each member that signs up with your referral link.
Reward Mail. They claim they can pay you up to $0.10 for reading their promotional emails, including a $2 sign up bonus when you subscribe for these emails.
Did you know there are other companies that will pay you to do similar things? Vindale Research Complaints
There's always a chance that they may not pay you for the time and effort you put in taking these damn surveys. That's why we make it our business to put you in the know. So check out these complaints and determine for yourself whether Vindale Research is worth your time.
Don't quit your day job
Vindale Research sure has a pretty swanky payment rate for surveys compared to other surveys websites. But a lot of people say these surveys are hard to come by, especially for non-US residents. You can go for weeks without scoring a single survey. Other members say it takes months to reach the $50 payment threshold.
But why limit yourself to Vindale Research? There are other companies willing to pay you for your opinion such as SuveyJunkie.com. Or maybe you don't like the idea surveys are only available depending on your profile. Did you know you can make money for what you already do online like watching videos, playing games, reading emails and more? Well you can on sites like SwagBucks.com, FusionCash.com and InboxDollars.com. But if you want to make real money working part time or full time at home, you may want to check out My Top Work At Home Recommendation.
Where's the international love?
It sucks that you can only join if you reside in the United States, the UK, Brazil and Australia. But you can check out our list of the best international work at home jobs and see whether there's a work at home opportunity available in your country.
Lame payment issues
Complaints on their Better Business Bureau page suggest you may run into payment issues. Members say the company reversed their PayPal payments for unexplained reasons, and others never lived to see their paycheck. If what these members say is anything to go by, even if you follow up through customer service, chances are you'll eventually not get your money. I'll be damned!
Vindale Research Alternatives
If any of the complaints above make you feel uncomfortable, don't fret! There are other options that you may want to explore. Feel free to read my Survey Junkie Review here if you want another paid online survey option. However if you want another reward site type of option that provides you various ways to earn, you may want to read my Fusion Cash Review & Swagbucks Review here.
Is Vindale Research Legit or a Scam?
As far as surveys go, Vindale Research is legitimate. But be careful folks, some members actually lost money for reasons we don't know, but perhaps there are two sides to that story. However, as you already know, this is not something that you quit your day job over.
So with that said, you have other options as well. A site like SurveyJunkie.com also pays people to take surveys. You can make even more money doing what you already do online like watching videos, reading emails and playing games at SwagBucks.com, FusionCash.com and InboxDollars.com.
But these opportunities may not pay your bills consistently. I don't know about you, but spending that kind of time, to know that you won't really earn much, just does not make any sense to me. I'd rather do something, where I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I'll be making something for my time. If you agree with me, then you may want to check out My Best Work At Home Recommendation.
So that's my two cents about Vindale Research. Do you have yours? Feel free to chime in your thoughts about this or any other work at home opportunity. If you still have questions about Vindale Research, check out their FAQs page here.
